Abel Church born 1797 married Mary Hicks/Hix of Marsh Balden 25/9/1824 at Stoke Talmage and daughter Sally was baptised the same day. Sally married John Leach 29/6/1851 but had already had a son John Church Hicks, then after marriage had a daughter Susan Leach.

Mary Church born 1834 married George Austin 4/12/1858 at Swyncombe.
There was a son Edward bap 27/11/1836 at Watlington and buried 1/12/1836 at Watlington.
Susan was buried aged 11.
