IGI (via Jack):
Rebecca Stallwood: Christened 12th April 1812 West Wycombe (agrees with 71 census - only for the date, not the place, and 1851/61 say 1809...)
Father William, Mother Sarah
William Stallwood married Sarah Bateman 16 feb 1797 West Wycombe
William was christened 11 mar 1781 in Medmenham (okay so he was 15 when he married, not unheard of.... or christened some time after he was born)
Father Joseph Stallwood, Mother Sarah
- this is all subject to having the right family (1841 Census needed) and 'Stallwood' being Rebecca's correct maiden name... the the parish record for the marriage of Edward King and Rebecca needed to confirm that.
