Comment from Frances: He is the Harry Avery born 1845 to Henry A/Elizabeth Parslow. It looks as if Henry and his son Harry were both charged but Henry was aquitted.

Henry (Harry) was convicted 1 July 1872 for 12 months hard Labour. Discharged Beaconsfield 30 June 1873. good conduct. Fair complexion, brown hair, grey eyes, visage oval, mole on neck, good health. Church of England. A sawyer of Speen, aged 25, 5'3". Single. Born Hampden, Father - Henry of Speen.
